Ok thanks. I tested the whole thing yesterday with my old NVIDIA Geforce 980 and got no picture, so I wanted to check the compatibility. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Can you get into the BIOS? Is there a Morse code from the mainboard? Other graphics card? Wired correctly? Memory correctly installed? Other power supply? These are the first things I would try.

Water cooling is totally unnecessary and I would recommend the 1700 without X. Performance is exact with overclocking. Besides, the 1700x has a few disadvantages.
