Hello does anyone have this router with Sunrise 5G in use? Why didn't you take the much cheaper TP-Link Deco? (I tend to Fritz, because D/Poland and not from China)

I have one at home and one in the shop. Great software, good support and stable for years, it runs...
And not from China...

I have known Fritz products and software for years.
In my opinion, it is a very good product and works perfectly.
Price-performance ratio is right.

Hello
I bought the FRITZ! Box 6860 5G because I couldn't cope with the much more expensive Teltonika RUTX50 (similar OS to OpenWRT).
I wanted to connect two networks with WireGuard. Since one of the networks has an IP that can be reached from outside, this was not a problem.
With the TP-Link (OpenWRT) I would certainly not have been able to do this, similar to the Teltonika RUTX50. I have known the Fritzboxes for years and they are very user-friendly. There is also a Community that can help.
