Hello, I am making a diagram of my Thunderbolt 3 serial connections. MacBook Pro <==> Elgato Thunderbolt Pro Dock <==> LG 32 UL950 Monitor #1 <==> LG 32 UL950 Monitor #2. I would like to connect this drive to the second Thunderbolt 3 port on the LG #2 display rather than connecting it to my MacBook Pro for aesthetic reasons. Will this work and guarantee a good connection speed knowing that the drive will be at the end of the chain? If not, I'll buy the D2 Professional (USB-C) version and connect it directly to a USB-C port on the Elgato dock...
