This is a very common mistake now, because unfortunately the manufacturer's footnotes do not make it into the product description.
The generic text is comparable to car advertising, where hybrid and assistance systems are always advertised, but are only installed in certain and significantly more expensive versions of the vehicle and not in the "from only 99 francs per month leasing" version.
