Question about Netgear Hotspot Nighthawk M1

Hello I want to connect the M1 with the iPhone - on the M1 I get the message that 1device is connected but the roaming data is deactivated. When I try to enter the PIN on m1login.net, it says that internal roaming is deactivated. And on the iPhone with WLan I get the °message No Internet connection. What is wrong here or how can I activate internal roaming? Many thanks for your help as soon as possible

Hello Christine, you must activate international roaming if you have not already done so. To do this, you must proceed as follows:
1) Connect your iPhone to the WiFi of the M1.
2) Start the app "Netgear Mobile" on your iPhone if already installed, otherwise install it from here (https://apps.apple.com/ch...).
3) After successful login, click on "Settings" --> "Network". There is a setting "International Roaming". This must be activated if not yet.
