BIOS is actually pre-installed and as it is a current board, you should not have any compatibility problems with the CPU with the pre-installed version. However, you can install the latest version at any time (even without a CPU) via USB BIOS Flashback. Just have a quick look in the manual to see how it works.

You should therefore be able to get started straight away and then update the BIOS later.
