Hey I have a problem with the subwoofer. There is no sound. The soundbar works, but despite successful pairing and the subwoofer's connection signal lighting up, no sound comes out of it. Maybe someone can help me.

Hello Marina, try the firmware update first. It is described in the instructions how to do this, you only need a USB stick. If the latest firmware is installed, the subwoofer may work again. If it still does not work, then it is a warranty case.
