Hi guys, I will use an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D as CPU and wanted to ask if this CPU cooler is enough? I will have 3 fans each 120mm at the front and top of the case and one at the back also 120mm.

Yes, it will easily suffice for normal everyday use and gaming! For rendering etc. But you will have to set the fans to more than 1000umin.
But with the right fan curve, it will hardly be audible when gaming!
