Hi guys, I bought this soundbar 2 weeks ago and when I first installed it via HDMI, it automatically recognised my TV and I was then always able to play the sound directly via the soundbar. However, since 1 week nothing works anymore...the sound only comes via the TV...via Bluetooth I can play the soundbar, i.e. it is not defective. I have already disconnected the soundbar from the power supply and plugged it back in. The soundbar LEDs all work, but there is still no sound coming out of the soundbar. I have also checked the settings on the TV and they are set so that the sound should come out via the HDMI.

Usually you can set on the Smart TV where the sound output should go. Maybe TV is set there again now?

Hello, we have been using the soundbar for a long time and have no problems with it. I think your problem is a setting issue. We have connected the Soundbar to the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (optical) on the TV. In the TV settings under Audio / Loudspeaker, I selected Ext. loudspeaker. When the Soundbar is switched on, the white lamp on the TV lights up. By the way, we watch TV via the Apple TV box and it works perfectly. We only adjust the volume with the remote control of the soundbar. I hope this helps you.
