Question about Thermaltake Sync Controller TT Premium Edition
hi. i always get the error message Could not find fan controller. please check the fan controller is connected (error code H_0x0001) sata power supply is connected fans are running but at full throttle. i have 5 fans connected. is one cable to the mainboard enough or do i have to connect to the mainboard from each side where i have fans connected. there are 3 connections for fans on each side plus 1 connection to the mainboard. maybe that's the problem.

If you are using an AMD processor, there are USB ports on the mainboard that do not work with the controller. This was also the case for me, but the problem should have been solved with the new generations. Just try all the USB ports on the mainboard.

I have 2 cables to the mainboard 1x the PWM signal of which you have 3 connections,
and once the mainboard signal bridge cable of which you have 1 connection.
I have connected these 2 cables to the appropriate place on the board. the RGB control even runs via the board's own program (ASUS). here is the link to the instructions. https://www.thermaltake.com/pub...
