Hi, I'm wondering which ram I should/can use for this motherboard. I am leaning between Corsair Vengance RGB 4x16Gb 6400MHz and Corsair Vengance RGB 2x32Gb 6400MHz. I have seen that sometimes it is better with 4 pieces of RAM and sometimes only with 2. I plan to use an Intel Core i7-14700k

Dual channel is better. So 2x32 GB then you can upgrade again later.
