Question about Corsair Lighting Node Pro

Hi! I've recently had a small problem with the Lighting node Pros... I can no longer control the RGB strips via the Corsair iCue software. The commander is recognised but I can't change the colour. I have also tried plugging the strips into another channel but they don't even light up. Can anyone help me with this?

If the Commander is recognised, then try to make a forced update in the settings of the icue. For me, it solved a similar problem with the Ram.
