The unit has 4 x HMDI in and one out. I would reserve the out for the TV. HDMI (ARC). optical is also in for both. Soundbar is an active component and after much discussion and research I have come to the conclusion. Sound bar only works for TVs, classic speakers are necessary, which can then use S-Force, remains open. Then I can also use my receiver from 1995, which is still in tiptop condition.
