Question about TP-Link Tapo C100 Home Security

How can this "IP camera" be integrated and used in WIN 11? The IP camera is not recognised although it is displayed on my smartphone and obviously communicates via WLAN and is configured correctly. Is there an extra driver for this camera in WiN11? Who knows what to do? Or have I made a bad investment?

Maybe download the TAPO APP ? If I do something via PC then with the Home Assistant. I don't know exactly sorry.
