How do I connect the i/o panel? So which cable is plus and which is minus on the mb I have seen the connections but unfortunately the cable labelling is only with a triangle on the plug.

As far as I know, the cable labelling must always face outwards, so that you can still read it with all i/o plugged in.

But to be on the safe side, everything should be in the manual of your motherboard.
