How do I find out whether I should use the 3200 or 2400 Mhz? I want to edit 4k videos (hobbyist). Thank you.

Depends on your mainboard + CPU if this is supported. If both are supported, you can choose whether to buy the faster RAM or the cheaper RAM.

Does it matter much in terms of Mhz for it to be enough for 4k editing?
