There is nothing to add to the first answer. The specification of the connectors can be found at https://de.msi.com/Motherboar....
You can actually add as many fans as you like that are not controlled via the motherboard using a suitable power supply unit.

The board has:
1x 4-pin CPU fan connector
1x 4-pin water pump connector
6x 4-pin system fan connectors
And it is not recommended to connect more than 3 fans per header, so 24 fans directly to the mainboard. You can of course also expand with an additional fan(/RGB) controller.
