How many GHz can you overclock an i7 8700K so that the temperatures are normal? The i7 is unheaded and sits on the Asus ROG MAXIMUS X Code What is the standarttackt (on all cores) and er Boost (on one core)? What do I need for UEFI settings (voltage). Thanks for the answers!

It depends a little on the CPU.
With my CPU I achieve 4.8GHz at approx. 1.3V.
It reaches about 75-85°C

The default clock is 3.70 GHz (at 1.24V) and the turbo clock is 4.7 GHz.

BIOS settings depend entirely on the CPU. How stable it runs and so on (silicon lottery as they say).
It's best to do a benchmark first (with Aida64 or Prime95) at default, and then work your way up slowly (if you have time).
If you just want to get started, try 4.8GHz at 1.3V. If it does that, you have 3 options:
1. leave it like this
2. try to get it even higher: 4.85GHz at 1.3V (until it has unstable/bluesrceen) and then a little more V. 1.35V for example.
3. you try undervolting. So lower the voltage (V) to lower the temperature. (until it runs unstable again.

No one can answer that exactly, every CPU behaves differently. But 4.7-4.9GHz but then the temperatures are already somewhat higher. Otherwise, here is the clock: https://ark.intel.com/de... . You should calculate with 1.3-1.35 volts. But you have to try out everything and then test it with Prime95. The best thing to do is to watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch
