How many graphics cards can be connected to this board? Only one or will 2-3 work? Thanks in advance for the answer.

It depends on what you want to do in the end.
Manual page 16 https://download.msi.com/archive...

There is only one full x16 slot. The second one is as big as a 16 but can only be used for x14.
