hello, i bought it myself 2 weeks ago i have a i5 9600k on 5.1ghz in the desktop without applications i have around 28-30 degrees. Volume could be quieter is not the quietest but it does not bother me, the only bad thing are the cables it has a lot of cables to it which is a negative point for cable management, but with a proper case that still works. I'm really happy with the rgb, it can also be controlled with other rgb or mainboard. sorry for my bad spelling.

You should be able to cool an i7-9700k well with it. I have an i9-9900k myself that unfortunately gets very hot and the AIO still manages to keep the temperatures usable. I also noticed that the AIO is not the quietest, especially under maximum load.
