I already have the Netgear Powerline PLP1200 in use. Is it possible to integrate the PLW1000 into the existing Netgear Powerline network in order to connect a remote room with WLAN? The setup would look like this: 1x PLP1200 (with modem connected via RJ45), 1x PLP1200 for stationary PC and new 1x PLW1000 (only the WLAN unit) for WLAN extension. Thank you very much!

Should actually work. For both models, the instructions describe how to add more adapters under "Adding adapters". "1. plug the new adapters into a powered socket. 2. hold the security button on an adapter that is already part of the secure network. Press and hold the Security button for two seconds on an adapter that is already part of the secure network. 3. On the new adapter, press and hold the Security button for two seconds. Both buttons must be pressed within two minutes."
