Question about Ugreen CM144

I am currently using the new device in TX (transmitter) AUX (audio cable) mode to send Bluetooth audio from the PC to headphones. I have tried this with two different Bluetooth headphones (one Earbuds, one with clasp). My problem at the moment is that the device seems to aggressively not perceive/send quieter sounds. I.e. when I watch a film, I hear the dialogue but not the quiet moments with background music. As the music is continuous in such scenes, it then kicks in piecemeal during the dialogue, which sounds very cruel and makes the film unwatchable. Now I have the choice of either watching everything super loud so that the device doesn't cut away everything other than "silence", which the instruction manual warns me about ("To avoid [] hearing damage, do not listen [] at high volumes."), or not using the device to watch media with variable volumes. Is there a solution to this or a recommendation for another device that supports AAC and aptX LL?

ChatGPT hatte mit avantree eine Produktempfehlung ohne dieses Noise Gate Problem, die super funktioniert:

One option you might consider is the Avantree Oasis Plus. This transmitter supports both aptX LL and either SBC or AAC, making it compatible with your headphones. It also has a long-range of up to 164 feet and can connect to two headphones simultaneously.

Another option is the TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter and Receiver. It also supports aptX LL and either SBC or AAC, and has a low latency of only 40ms. It can also connect to two headphones at once and has a range of up to 50 feet.

Both of these transmitters are known for their reliable connectivity and high-quality audio transmission without any noise gates or audio cut-offs. They should work well for your needs.

This is probably called "noise gate" and also makes life difficult for other people who listen to classical music or watch films, for example.

*SBC also works instead of AAC
