Question about NZXT Kraken X63

I am interested in a NZXT AiO water cooling system. But I can't decide between the NZXT Kraken x62 and the NZXT Kraken x63. What is the difference? I would install the water cooling in my NZXT H500.

You should rather take x63. It is the more up-to-date model. You can install the cooling head as you like and then turn the kraken writing.
