right, so no - the memory is for pc-mainboards and not notebooks/laptops. compatible memory sizes can be found out via this: https://www.crucial.de/upgrades > can be transferred to any manufacturer according to the result

No, these are memories for a PC and not for a laptop. SODIMMs go in there...
