Question about ZTE U50

I am trying to access the Internet with SIM cards from France (free) and now in Portugal with a card from Vodafone.pt. The device shows the network, but no internet connection is established. The same SIM cards work perfectly in a cheap 4G router or in the iPad. Is it possible that this device has a sim lock?

Hello,
First of all, are you trying to use your device for roaming, e.g. a card bought in France and you want to have a connection in Portugal?
If that's the case, you need to activate data abroad in the admin desk on your computer. http://192.168.0.1/
If your problem isn't the one described above, it could also be that you've bought two SIM cards that don't allow connection sharing. Like the Orange prepaid card. Check with your card supplier.
I'm from Switzerland and the swisscom sim card works very well inside and outside my country. I also have Syma, bought in France, which works very well.
PS: Have you deactivated the pin code with a phone beforehand?
Kind regards

in France with a French supplier and in Portugal with a Portuguese supplier should also work without roaming, but I tried it anyway without success.
