I am trying to record directly to the Mac via the H2N. According to the operating instructions, I should be able to set the sampling frequency after selecting "Audio I/F". However, I only get the choice "Stereo Mix" or "Multi Track".
The problem is that I would like to record an audio track over music. However, the recorded sound is absolutely not synchronous with the music or is much slower. I assume that this is due to the above problem, what do I have to do?

Have you found a solution yet? I have the same problem and have not found a solution despite hours of research on the internet.

I cannot answer this question. I only record onto the SDHC card in the H2N and edit the files as needed on the PC (Windows 10).
