i bought an ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-A GAMING WIFI mainboard with the matching amd ryzen 9 7950 cpu and installed it but the mainboard has a red led light, what could be the cause?

The bios version is probably not yet compatible with the processor. Bios update should help
