Question about Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

I bought the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (4 x 16GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4-RAM, DIMM) today. When installing it, I noticed that the CPU cooler is too big and I can't insert all 4 bars at the same time. Therefore, I tried with only 2 bars for the time being and will buy a new cooler so that all 4 bars will fit. The PC starts, the fans run and the lights are all on, but the screens don't react. Does anyone know why this is? The mainboard is an ASUS Prime Z390-A (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-prime-z390-a-lga-1151-z390-atx-mainboard-9854220). According to the specifications of the mainboard, a maximum of 64 GB RAM with DDR4 RAM and a memory speed of 3200 MHz should be possible.

Have you looked in the manual of the mainboard to see which two slots are to be used for only two RAM bars? Normally, these are slots 2 and 4, counting from the CPU socket.
And do you have your monitor connected to the mainboard or to the graphics card? Does the monitor have power and is it switched on?
