Question about Sennheiser BT T100

I bought the Sennhaiser BT T100. I could 1x with the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones. Switched the headphones off & on again. Unfortunately, the headphones did not reconnect to the device. I can't reset the device & can't reconnect either. Does anyone have any ideas what else I could do? Thanks for your help.

Have you tried to "pair" the devices again? Each has its own "pairing" mode which you can activate. If I remember correctly, the Sennheiser by pressing longer on the "on" button, and same thing for the Sony headset. That's what I did as well and it works. This procedure you should only have to do once in a while (can't tell you what exactly causes the "unpairing" situation though). Cheers!
