i bought this graphics card from you because of the free additional product (which from the description should have been call of duty black ops cold) instead of buying it elsewhere. now it says that if you have ordered the graphics card by 6.12. (i installed mine last week and the driver has been updated) you will receive the code today (07.12.2020). but now i still haven't received anything. what's going on?
