I bought this hard drive and wanted to clone the hard drive from my old laptop. I installed it in a Sharkoon Quickstore enclosure (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/sharkoon-quickstore-portable-sata-usb-30-25-externes-gehaeuse-241135), whose LED lights up blue but does nothing else. The hard drive is invisible in my old laptop; likewise when I plug it into the new PC. If I put another hard drive into the Sharkoon case (old M.2) then it works.
Is my hard disk broken? Or can it be incompatible with the Sharkoon Quickstore?

Hello, have you already formatted the hard disk and added a drive letter? many drives only work afterwards.
