Question about ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme

I changed my case to get additional space for HDDs. The rest of the components remain unchanged. These are the present mainboard, a 3970x, a 2080TI, 64gb Ram (trident z Royal 3200mhz) and an m.2 SSD. After assembling and attempting to boot, no image is displayed. That means I can't get into the bios. The fans and RGB lighting work perfectly. The same applies to the RAM and GPU which I tested in another PC. The mainboard shows Memory Test or Memory Code 00. I have tried a CMOS reset by removing the battery, but without success. I hope someone can help me here!

I had the same problem once, I had forgotten to connect the CPU power plugs. At least 2, better 3 (just in case, I had once read that there were problems with 8 bars but with the 3rd CPU connection it should have worked).

Does it already perform a few boot steps at the post (you should be able to see this through various codes on the motherboard display) or does the memory error 00 come up immediately? If you have already installed all the components in exactly the same way in another case (including the exact position/number of ram modules on the MB), it's strange why it's no longer running.
Even without a picture, you should be able to find out where it is failing by looking at the number codes on the MB and doing some research. If in doubt, it might help to take out everything except the CPU/fan/1 or 2 RAM modules (in the correct position/slot on the MB according to the manual, possibly swap the position if more than 1 RAM module is installed) to eliminate all other sources of error.
I have also installed a Zenith II Extreme / AMD 3990x / 4x 2x32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200 LPX (but unfortunately it only runs with 2133 clock, because the MB used with 8 DIMM slots has to clock down, for whatever reason). I installed the latest bios update from ASUS before continuing with the installation. Using Bios Flashback or whatever it's called, you can do this directly from an appropriately prepared USB stick with the downloaded Bios files, even without seeing a picture etc. (You can ignore the "Rename" tool mentioned in the instructions, just rename the files manually as specified. I don't remember it by heart, but the instructions/Google should help :)

If you then get the whole thing to boot successfully, it's best to carry out an intensive memory test with software such as Passmark Memtest (also boots via USB stick or similar). I only noticed after a few weeks that a memory module was defective and only after several (days long) intensive test rounds with Memtest did I discover defective memory. I then exchanged the 2-memory kit for a new one at digitec and since then the box has been running as it should.
