I currently have the DLan system from devolo (largest version). Unfortunately, I'm losing 800 Mbps and only getting 200 Mbps. No matter how I connect everything. Wlan-wise, I also have 200MBit/s in this room. Can I use the ASUS TUF AX3000 V2 as a repeater and get a higher transmission rate?

If the speed is low due to the distance between your modem and your computer, this repeater can certainly help by increasing the WLAN range. It's best to try it out and return the product if it doesn't work.
