I have 2x8GB g.skill RAM on 3200 and that on the ``ROG STRIX Z370-F Gaming`` motherboard. Can I also use these 2x16GB with my 2x8 combiners? So 48GB RAM?

yes, it will work. only it is not guaranteed that all sticks can be operated at the same speed. it is always recommended to use the same ram bars if possible to ensure the best compatibility.
