I have a 500 Mbit Internet plan. The AP should be able to pass on 300 Mbit. In the status, the port says 100 M and effectively I get about 60 Mbit out when I sit directly in front of the AP with full reception.
Anyone have similar experiences? I'm a bit disappointed.

If the port is rated at 100M, it won't go any faster. It's an entry-level AP that's fine for simple uses. If you want 500M, go for the higher end. Like Ubiquiti, that's TOP.
