I have a Philips TV with an integrated satellite receiver. To record programmes, the Philips TV tells me that I need an external hard drive. Does this work with this hard drive? Thank you

Hello, the external hard drive works with both Apple and Windows products, just format it correctly before first use (e.g. choose exFAT format). Regarding your question: I think this hard drive would also work with a Philips TV (it works tiptop with Samsung). Hope I was able to help. Sincerely
