I have a single but very annoying problem with this unit. Sometimes when I switch on the soundbar, the subwoofer and the loudspeaker blast at full volume like a machine gun. This is especially annoying when you want to watch some TV late at night. The noise is really unbearably loud. Does anyone know what the problem is? All the cables have been checked.

I had the same problem to some extent.

I had activated "HDMI UHD Colour" on the HDMI-ARC port (where the soundbar is connected) on my Samsung TV. Since I deactivated it, I no longer have the problem. Strange, because the soundbar actually supports HDR, etc.

This won't get you anywhere, but I had the same problem and couldn't find a solution.
The soundbar, which was actually great, therefore went back to Digitec.....
