I have a Swsscom router. It only transmits weakly upstairs in the house. Can I just buy this part and plug it into a socket upstairs and everything works?

Hello, I got 1 part like this and it works perfectly. You get 2 parts. 1 must be connected to your router and the other must then be connected on the 2nd floor. Then everything should work fine.
