I have acoustic panels on the wall that protrude by approx. 2 cm. Can I cut a recess and use this bracket so that the 65" TV also protrudes by approx. 2 cm?

I think it also depends on the thickness of the TV itself. I am about 2.3cm from the wall to the outer edge
