I have all the cables, but I don't have a cable with the name pci-e, there is only with the name vga, will it fit the video card?

VGA is the same as PCIe
The question is rather which graphics card you are using. Many graphics cards require 2x 8 PIN VGA/PCIe power supply. I would advise against the bequiet 750W because it only offers 1x 8 PIN. There are better equipped power supplies with 2x PCIe 8 PIN connectors and 2x 4/8 PIN CPU connectors.
