I have connected my headset (3.5mm jack CTIA) to the appropriate port on the Maono G1 NEO and the headset and headset mic are recognised, but when I go into a call or do a microphone test the mic doesn't work. Does anyone know what the problem could be, I've tried everything?

I see the problem with the connection. I bought the matching mic from the same company. It comes with an XLE / Jack cable. I had my problems with that. Somehow the jack doesn't fit the mixer. XLR / XLR gives me the best result. With the Klinker plug it is important that the plug can engage properly. Otherwise there are also problems.
