I have connected the screen with the appropriate Y-cable. When installing the device driver, an error message appears that the device is not working properly. Looking in Device Manager, the billboard driver shows a loading error. I am using the Surface Book. Does it make sense to keep looking for a solution or just return it. Actually, according to the preliminary information, I assumed that the monitor would work without any problems.
