Question about FRITZ! Box 6890 LTE International

I have constant outages with UPC and unfortunately no DSL alternatives. Therefore, I would like to use the 6890 as an LTE fallback, i.e. reserve. Question: Does the Fritzbox recognise when the internet link via LAN1 fails? Attention, the LAN signal unfortunately remains on with UPC hang-ups, only the stream then remains at zero. With DSL, the detection is clear, but due to the fact that the DSL LINK goes X-OFF, it is different.

I was of the opinion that it would be recognised. But because of the many outages with UPC, I switched completely to LTE. Salt Unlimited Surf for 20.- per month. Bandwidth mostly around 50 Mbit, sometimes up to 100 and more. I'm already eagerly awaiting the 5G model :)
