I have existing Deco M4. Can I also extend this with an EAP 225 Outdoor which is connected via LAN cable. Everything should work via the same SSID.

Both can have the same SSID, the channels just need to be set manually, and the distance between channels taken into account. e.g. channel 1 and channel 6 (2.4GHz band), etc. WiFi scanning is recommended in advance to avoid/minimise interference from other existing WiFi transmitters.
