I have inserted a Lidl Connect card that works on the mobile... unfortunately it does not work in the ZTE. Why? I thought it could use all mobile networks?

I experienced the same thing with different SIMs - that's why I returned the modem. I then ordered the Frtz!Box 5G and all SIMs work very well. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it!

I also meant that it can handle all of them. Did you enter or deactivate the SIM pin?
