I have just bought the cable to connect it with the Swisscom internet-box 3. When I do the speed test, I observe a speed of 100Mbit/s max whereas with the cable delivered with the box, the speed reaches 1Gbit/s... could you explain the difference?

When you do a speedtest from a computer, you get the speed of the slowest component between your computer and the servers on the internet.
What is the speed of your internet subscription? Are you doing the test connected with a cable to your box or by wifi? Which computer do you have? There is a component in the package that limits to 100Mb/s
