Question about FRITZ! Box 6690 Cable
I have just received this router. I know from various forums that I can only operate it as a "2nd router", which also works. I have also bought 4 FriztFon C6. But now I can't manage to use them because I can't enter the phone number. I was told by UPC that I can't use this phone via VOIP either, because I don't get the password. Now, of course, I ask myself why I can buy this FRITZBOx in Switzerland at all if I cannot use most of the features in Switzerland? Do I have to return the phone or is there a solution with UPC/Sunrise, Sipcall or possibly another provider?

you will be informed that you must use the original modem and that you can use Fritz!Box 6690Cable in bridge mode. For bridge mode, you must form Quickline i for the changeover.

There are providers/providers who are open with the access data and others unfortunately not, we have no experience with this. There are specialised VoIP providers where you can get more information.
