I have no experience of using VPN on a router, but I do use VPN on other devices. My question is: Is the VPN on the router an app from TP-Link or can I use my own VPN service on the router?

Thanks for the quick reply, but this raises another question: Since some apps or websites do not accept a VPN connection, can you quickly switch the VPN connection via the app or do you have to log into the router every time?
