Question about TP-Link Tapo C225

I have ordered a C225 and cannot manage to connect it to the WLAN. I have already spoken to TP-Link support and tried everything they had in-peto. Then I had the camera replaced and have the same problem with the new one. As soon as I try to connect the camera to a WiFi network, I get an error message saying that it can't connect. Have you managed it? I have tried it with an iPhone and an iPad, with 2 different WLANs and 2 different routers, with my hotspot, completely without security, with a password and network name without special sign, of course only 2G networks,...

Hello, I have the same problem. I have tried EVERYTHING I have found on TP-Link, YouTube and other forums. Since I have two other Tapo cameras (not the C225) that work without problems, I am convinced that the problem is with the camera or the firmware. No matter which 2.4Ghz network I tried, I always got an error message. I have also used networks with and without a password. The same error message always came up.

Has anyone managed to connect the camera?

If I follow the instructions of the Tapo app, the cam LED should flash red green and then you have to connect to the cam's wifi, not provide one, maybe it helps.
