Hello, in principle it should work, provided that the headphones are compatible with the LL codec so that there are no annoying delays. There are detailed descriptions of how to make the Macbook compatible. I work with it under Windows 11, everything is relatively simple and the sound quality is very good. Can't say anything about your setup, but the adapter is very good. I use it on the PS5 to connect a BT headset and it works perfectly, stably and in good quality.
